Rachel Ball
Secretary
Rachel has served as the secretary of the Riverwood
church since 1999. She previously worked for Gospel Advocate
Company. She and her husband, Stan, have five children and two grandchilden. Her husband is a
deacon at Riverwood and works with the Buildings and Grounds Ministry. Currently
working together with Linda Forehand as supervisor of the Primary
Department, Rachel has also taught Bible classes at Riverwood for the past
30 years. She taught Bible for 18 years as part of Riverwood's Mother's Day Out program.

Rick Binkley
Assistant Minister/Educational Director
Rick has worked in public education in
Nashville for more than 30 years and is currently the principal
of Neely's Bend Elementary School. He has served as a
minister at Riverwood since 1976 and currently directs
the educational program, teaches adult classes, and
preaches occasionally. Rick and his wife, Debbie, have
two children, Emily and Daniel. Rick enjoys fishing,
gardening, and exercise. He is an avid Abraham Lincoln
enthusiast.

Beverly Daly
Secretary
Beverly has filled in for the full time secretary on
Tuesday of each week since November, 2002. Her membership has been at
Riverwood since 1965. She retired as Director of Customer Service for
American General Life and Accident Insurance Company in September, 2000
after having worked there for 46 years. In the past, she has taught
children’s and ladies Bible classes and been the speaker at Ladies Day
events. Beverly currently enjoys being able to help her elderly
neighbors and being a part of the Young at Heart and Ladies Ministry.
She also enjoys reading and taking care of her miniature schnauzer,
Abby.

Matt Hardin
Youth Minister
Matt graduated from Lipscomb University in the spring of 1999 with a
double major in Youth Ministry and Accounting. He has served as Youth
Minister at Riverwood since January of 2000 and served as youth intern in
various congregations before that. Matt enjoys sports and almost anything
involving the great outdoors. He and his wife, Lindsay, have three
children - Ethan, Lydia Kate, and Levi - and one dog, Samson.

Phil Sanders
Worship Minister
Phil is the Technology Coordinator at David Lipscomb
Campus School where he has worked since 1984. He leads singing and works
in the educational department at Riverwood. He and his wife, Lee Ann, have
two sons, Loren and Scott. Phil enjoys computers and music. He has
recorded and released his first CD, Morning Light, which is
available at philsanders.com.

Dustin Welch
Pulpit Minister
Dustin is a 1995 graduate of Freed-Hardeman University where he majored in Business. After working briefly in the business world he entered full-time youth ministry with the Troy church of Christ in Troy, TN. He later ministered with the Benton church of Christ in Benton, KY for 5 years before returning again to Troy in the capacity of youth and family ministry but eventually transitioned into the role of pulpit minister. Accepting the preaching position at Riverwood in February of 2008, he and his family moved to Nashville and urban ministry for the first time.
Dustin and his wife Rebecca have two children, Johnathan and Addison. He enjoys reading, fishing, duck hunting and tennis in his leisure time.
