We believe that our Shepherds are to oversee and serve, helping to maintain the spiritual health of the church body (individually and collectively) as we strive for unity in following the Spirit’s prompting and leading and that they are responsible for oversight, instruction, edification, discipline, and restoration of the members of the body.
