Connections Minister
GREG & LEAH BALL
Greg began serving as our Connections Minister in August of 2021. He was born and raised in Nashville and grew up at Riverwood. He attended Freed Hardeman University where he met his wife, Leah. Before he started serving at Riverwood, Greg was a Middle and High School teacher at Family Christian Academy. He and Leah have three kids. Together they love serving the Riverwood Community.

Involvement Minister
ROD & MARSHA BOEHM
Rod became a member of the Riverwood church in 1975 and since he has been privileged to serve with many other members in various capacities. He has lead the Children’s Sunday Night classes, taught in Junior High and Senior High, and has also taught Adult Classes. During his time at Riverwood, he has served as a Deacon as well as a Shepherd and currently serves as our Involvement Minister overseeing the church’s work with Room in the Inn and Nashville Inner City Ministry. Rod and his wife Marsha have one son, Allan, who lives in Nashville with his wife, Kelsie, and has two grandchildren, Ruah and Rose.

Youth Minister
MATT & LINDSAY HARDIN
Matt came to Riverwood as our Youth Minister in January of 2000. Since coming to Riverwood he married his wife Lindsay, and they have 3 children. He enjoys watching, playing, and coaching sports, and although his responsibilities at Riverwood have grown, he continues to be passionate about working with our youth.

Preaching Minister
MARTIN & RACHEL PYLE
Martin Pyle is our bi-vocational preaching minister. In addition to his service to this church, he is a Financial Advisor at Truist Investment Services, Inc. He served congregations in four states before coming back to Tennessee in 1994. A ceaseless student, Martin has two Master’s Degrees from Harding School of Theology, has studied for his Doctorate at Southern Seminary, and received designation as a Certified Financial Planner™. He and Rachel have three children and five grandchildren—all of whom actively participate in Nashville area churches.

Secretary
STAN & RACHEL BALL
Rachel was given the opportunity to work in the church office starting in 1999. Her role as secretary is a ministry that brought unexpected blessings. She is married to Stan Ball, and they are parents to 5 children—four daughters and a son—who have blessed them with thirteen grandchildren. At the end of 2021, Rachel transitioned from full-time to part-time.

Secretary
LINDA SLOAN
Linda retired from The Tennessee Credit Union in 2014 after 29 years. Then in 2021, she was asked if she would be interested in part-time work in the church office, which she willingly accepted. Linda has 3 sons, 4 grandsons, and 1 granddaughter.
