Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
This scripture to me represents the trust and love we should have in the Lord. Allowing Him to overcome our secular thoughts and actions, and to call us out on those that are negative, can change a person’s heart. Giving God control over our hearts, in my opinion, is one of the best ways to live most like him. It is so easy to think our way of control and what we do with our lives is what is best for us, but in reality, what is best can only be found in the Lord by his way.Â
